Everytime I come here one of the vacuum are not working the number that’s on the door goes straight voicemail it tells me to leave a message but never hear from nobody don’t go here stop wasting your money.

It's where I wash my cars. My only complaint is the auto wash seems to have been given up on. It was nice to use occasionally.

The timer starts counting down as soon as you put in your final quarter or as soon as your card is verified. The problem with that is that if you use the tire cleaner/engine cleaner first, which is recommended so that they can soak while you wash the rest of your car, it takes close to 15 seconds for the green stuff to start coming out of the hose. There should be at least a 5 second, 10 would be more accurate. Paul's of the timer, when you switch from one selection to another, and when it first starts. Why are we paying for time that the machine is taking to switch from one selection to another? Also, you can start the process with $2.50, but I barely got the car washed with the foam brush, which is what I start with because there is plenty of water in the foam that you don't have to wet the car first. Anyways, I had to put in another 250 to rinse the car, which isn't a terrible thing. But I barely got finished rinsing the car before the time ran out again. The point simply being that they should say up front how much time we should expect to use for basic wash and rinse. Recently, I've encountered a vacuum that barely sucks, and a hose that only works on the rinse setting. I'm n

This used to be my favorite car wash, and I was happy to see it reopen after being closed for a while. Unfortunately, the experience isn’t as good as it once was. The automatic car wash bay is blocked off with orange cones and appears to be out of order. The self-service bays are not very clean, and the trash bins are overflowing, making them unusable. I’m disappointed because this location used to stand out for its cleanliness and convenience. I really hope management can restore the quality and care that made Wash Werks my go-to car wash.

This car wash do not work. They’re upgrading it for no reason I have a video showing it took at least two dollars and still didn’t cut on. They raising their prices in their stuff doesn’t even work nor sucks trash up and the vacuums smell like pure shit and the damn number doesn’t work either. I will be stopping by to get my lil change back when I see whoever works here and showing the video of it taking more money and you only get 4 minutes
